A huge number of people on the planet suffer from a persistent increase in blood pressure or hypertension. For this reason, people who want to use a treatment method such as magnetic therapy using the ALMAG-PLUS device often wonder whether arterial hypertension is an obstacle to the procedure. You can also often hear questions like “does ALMAG-01 increase blood pressure?” In fact, the method of magnetic therapy with a traveling pulsed magnetic field, which underlies the operation of this device, does not help increase blood pressure at all. Therefore, the presence of such a condition is not a contraindication for this physiotherapeutic procedure.

On the contrary, with the help of this device it is possible to successfully treat various types of hypertension. Currently, physiotherapists recommend using Almag Plus for causes of high blood pressure of different origins:

  • Primary hypertension of 1-2 degrees;
  • Vegetative-vascular dystonia with a hypertensive component;
  • Arterial hypertension of renal origin.

The admissibility of using ALMAG-01 for the above conditions is reflected in the instructions for the device, and the effectiveness of such treatment is confirmed by numerous reviews from patients. [td]

PURPOSE AND PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION. HOW TO APPLY ALMAG-01 CORRECTLY

The ALMAG-01 device is intended for therapeutic effects on the human body using a pulsed traveling magnetic field for the treatment of radiculitis, arthrosis, osteochondrosis, etc.
in the conditions of physiotherapeutic departments of medical institutions and at home. The ALMAG-01 device consists of a control unit (current pulse generator), an emitter consisting of four interconnected inductor coils used to influence individual affected parts of the body, an emitter cable and a power cord.

After turning on the device to a 230 V network, the control unit within 22 minutes ensures the formation and distribution of current pulses over the inductor coils, in which they are converted into magnetic induction pulses. As a result, a cyclically changing running (from the 1st coil to the 4th, from the 1st to the 4th...) pulsed magnetic field is formed distributed in the space of the emitter.

The inductor coils are connected by elastic jumpers and form a flexible radiating line - an emitter, which, when using the device for its intended purpose, can be applied to the lumbar or collar areas, spine, wrapped around the knee joint, etc.

Contraindications

Magnetic radiation affects the entire body. Waves penetrate organs and tissues with different strengths and frequencies. Contraindications include:

  • acute infection and inflammation;
  • blood diseases, open bleeding;
  • attack of hypotension;
  • acute heart failure grade 3;
  • ischemia;
  • progressive heart rhythm disturbances;
  • presence of a pacemaker in the affected area;
  • purulent formations in the postoperative period;
  • pregnancy;
  • thyrotoxicosis;
  • oncology.

The device affects the heart rhythm, reduces the frequency of heart contractions, therefore, in case of deep damage to muscle fibers, its use is prohibited. Also, magnetic waves at low pressure have a bad effect on the heart - there is a risk of a critical decrease in systolic pressure.

ORDER OF INTENDED USE

After long-term storage during transportation at temperatures below plus 10 °C, before turning on, keep the device indoors at room temperature for at least 4 hours. If necessary, disinfect the outer surfaces of parts of the device by wiping twice with a calico or gauze napkin soaked in a solution approved for use in medical practice for plastic products (for example, a 3% solution of hydrogen peroxide and a 5% solution of chloramine) with intervals between wiping of 10- 15 minutes. In this case, the napkin must be wrung out to prevent the solution from getting inside the device.

There are two light indicators on the control unit housing. Green lights up when the device is turned on to the power supply. Simultaneously with the green indicator, the yellow one lights up, indicating the formation of a traveling magnetic field. It is connected to a timer and goes out 22 minutes after the device is turned on, and the effect stops.

Notes.

1. To continue operating the device, you must disconnect the device from the power supply and turn it on again (turn it on after a period of at least 10 minutes). 2. After finishing working with the device, you must disconnect the product from the power supply.

The presence of a magnetic field and the operability of ALMAG is confirmed by the blinking of green indicators in the center of each of the four inductor coils. When the product is operating, the indicators should flash at an equal frequency.

Additionally, the performance of ALMAG can be checked using a magnetic field indicator, one by one applying it to the inductor coils, from the side of the “N” sign connected to the device’s network. The presence of a pulsed magnetic field will be indicated by a flashing green light in the center of the indicator.

Both sides of the inductor coils are working, however, in the vast majority of techniques, the effect is carried out by the sides of the coils with the north pole (indicated by the sign “N”).

The direction of movement of the traveling pulsed magnetic field from the first inductor coil to the fourth. The first coil is considered to be the one to which the cable from the control unit fits.

Treatment is carried out by influencing the lesion, surrounding tissues and reflex zones, placing the device’s inductors directly on the skin.

Due to the high penetrating ability of the device’s magnetic field, treatment can also be carried out through clothing, a dry or wet gauze bandage, or a plaster cast up to 1 cm thick.

When used as intended, pay attention to the correct placement of the emitter in accordance with the recommendations specified in the treatment method (direction of the traveling pulsed magnetic field and exposure to the north or south magnetic pole).

The principle of operation of the device for atherosclerosis

Application of Almag refers to magnetic therapy techniques. The operation of the device is based on the creation of a static magnetic field. The action of magnetic waves generated by Almag increases the speed of physical and chemical processes in the body, resulting in:

  • fat, protein and carbohydrate metabolism accelerates;
  • the concentration of free fatty acids and complex lipids (phospholipids) changes;
  • blood viscosity decreases;
  • blood cells are saturated with oxygen, nutrients, immunoglobulins;
  • peripheral blood circulation and lymph outflow are activated;
  • blood vessels dilate and relax;
  • the tone of the vascular walls increases;
  • the manifestation of disease symptoms decreases.

The therapeutic and prophylactic effect ensures deep penetration of magnetic impulses into tissues and an increase in the body’s compensatory capabilities.

MAINTENANCE

The ALMAG-01 device does not require special maintenance and, if treated with care, can serve for a very long time.

Maintenance of the device is as follows:

Job titlePeriodicity
1. Check the appearance of the device body and the power cord for damage.Once a week.
2. Cleaning from dust and dirt, disinfection.Once a month or when transferred to other hands

The operation of the device is checked using indicators on the control unit and inductor coils of the emitter, or using a magnetic field indicator.

If a malfunction is detected, contact the manufacturer or its representative office.

When to expect the effect?

The effect of using the Almag device for hypertension does not occur too quickly. The manufacturer guarantees a positive result from using the device after three weeks of active use.

The device works best in cases of first-degree disease: it effectively reduces blood pressure to a normal level without taking special medications. However, do not forget that improving your well-being after such procedures does not mean stopping following a special diet and a healthy lifestyle. It is important to understand that only through a combination of all these components - physical therapy, proper nutrition and exercise - can you achieve the desired effect in the presence of high blood pressure, reduce its levels to normal and prevent the progression of the existing disease.
